Understanding and translating needs

Projects often start with data analysis to find out what is going on today, understanding both user and organizational needs. Based on this, we design out best guess options which we test with online buyers. Based on the outcomes, organizational needs and our UX & strategic expertise, we design out solutions that are ready for implementation.

We do this for both the European market and the global division, having accomplished significant increase in conversion, built on an improved customer experience.

We’ve conducted research and designed out improvements on topics as product imagery, user driven information needs, and designing out a localized experience for key markets in Europe. Our projects run across the online buying experience, from homepage inspiration to returns and customer service.
