While we’ve been implementing our solutions with our clients for years, we officially launched ‘CX Interim‘ in 2020. Meaning, Cnote’s best and brightest CX professionals are placed in-house at the clients and will take the team by the hand during the whole process.
Our CX professionals are trained in Cnote’s world-class UX/CX environment and can take every role in the clients team: Project manager, UX researcher, UX designer or implementation lead. In the meantime, our directors are always involved in the process, ensuring high quality solutions and smooth collaboration, based 100% on your needs.
For instance, a global sports brand wanted a worldwide training program for a great customer service experience that would cover all touch points and topics. We developed a training framework based on best practice and extensive research about needs and values. Working in an interim role, a Cnote CX expert implemented the full program in Europe in-house for the client.
