Customer groups

Interviewed and observed customers in Expresso stores and multibrands and defined customer groups based on shared attitudes and needs, to help shape future company strategy

What we did:

✓ Real Life Check: Customer interviews and observations in Expresso and multi-brand stores
✓ Customer groups
✓ Co-creation lab: Sessions with employees to define the desired customer experience
✓ Masterclass: Training sales employees in recognising customer groups
